OZtrail New Zealand Birdsville Rooftop Tent Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

Promoter 

The promoter is OZtrail New Zealand. 

Promotion Period 

The giveaway commences at 12:00am NZST on 27 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 31 August 2026. 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees of OZtrail New Zealand, its related entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, participants must subscribe to the OZtrail New Zealand email newsletter during the Promotion Period. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Existing subscribers who remain subscribed during the Promotion Period will also be eligible for entry. 

Prize 

One (1) winner will receive: 

1. 1 x OZtrail Birdsville Rooftop Tent 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected by random draw on 5 September 2026. 

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw. 

Prize Claim 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, OZtrail New Zealand reserves the right to select a new winner. 

Privacy 

By entering this promotion, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from OZtrail New Zealand. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. 

Personal information collected will be used for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with OZtrail New Zealand's privacy policy. 

General 

OZtrail New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. 

OZtrail New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
